Video Uploader for YouTube Отзывы пользователей

DON'T BUY

The app hasn't been updated in nearly two years, and with the recent YouTube changes, you can't use it to upload anything. DO NOT BUY.

The Photos extension Apple or Google should be providing

Update: Jan. 2020- This app has stopped working and there has been no updates in over a year. Sad. Photos lacks a YouTube extension that make is easy to share directly to the service. And Photos makes it just a little harder than iPhoto as Apple has since frustratingly disabled the “Reveal in Finder” function for locating the original photo or video (allowing you to bypass export). So most people resort to exporting videos and then manually uploading them to YouTube in multuple steps. This extension brings all of those steps into one dialog and supports multiple video uploads per pass. It worked fine with the latest Google auth methods including 2 factor (aka Google “two step authentication”). I tested it with OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)/Photos 1.5 and macOS Sierra (10.12.1)/Photos 2.0. I found this almost by accident (in an Apple forum thread) and I am glad I did. I’m actually shocked it appears I’m the first reviewer. Well worth the 99 cents! Great work by CodeCraft, I hope they continue to support it.

No Longer Supports Youtube

Unable to sign into my Youtube account from this app, Google has blocked it, making this app non-functional

DO NOT DOWNLOAD - "Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app"

This app doesn’t currently work. Attempting to sign in I receive the error: "Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app This app has not been verified yet by Google in order to use Google Sign In.” I hope the developer will address this issue quickly.

Can't even sign in

So disappointed! After paying for and downoading the app, it turns out I can't do anything with it, because "google has not yet verified this app for sign in". And that's it, no more options. Please fix this weird sign-in issue :/

Very Irritated!!!

The error that I received when trying to upload a video was something like “Can’t Access this app right now due to something wrong or missing or not working with a Google app”. I don’t get it. I’m just so irritated! I usually upload all my videos using my Smartphone (Android. I know only an adequate amount of functionality on my out of date (2010) Mac to get by. Anyway, I’m probably out the $1.99, and I tried to use the Help in this app’s Help area…. that didn’t work either. Go figure.

upload at original quality and private publish with emails

This extention is missing two items for me to give it 5 stars: - Upload @ original quality. I know Photos lets you export at original quality, so hoping that this is feasible in a app update. - private upload with the ability to add specific accounts to have access.

Great

This is faster in uploading to YouTube than the editing program that I use. Thanks for this App!

Good Product

its fast uploading , it does the job

An immense time saver for so little $$

This app allows me to queue up uploads when I have time and then let them run overnight. It looks nice and seems to work well. Minor suggestions: - If whatever YouTube API is being used allows this, have the ability to define a new play list within the app itself. I now have to go to YouTube and define a play list and then come back - When using the share directly from the finder, don’t have the share block the finder window until the end of the upload. I’d much prefer the video be queued in the main window and I could then go back to my finder use. One thing I’ve not yet tried and I hope might work: Queue up a video while offline so that when the computer goes back up online it could start the upload. This would be useful when cleaning up videos on plane rides, etc. I wish I had thought to look for this app many years ago. A full 5 stars for the immediate benefit to my producitivity for such a small $ amount. Thanks!

Junk

I have wonderful speeds here for my internet, but couldn’ achieve more than 0.31 kb/s upload……….in otherwards like 110 hours to upload…..On a mac book pro fully loaded, 25mp upload speeds on internet

Very Useful

This app is extremely useful, especially getting videos out of Photos.app on over to YouTube in a more controlled and quick fashion. It does need to have the ability to create playlists from within the app though. Right now you have to either make the playlist first or then add the videos to it manually later. It would be so nice if it could make a playlist and allow assignment to public/unlisted/private right within the app whilst uploading the videos. Further, instead of a cancel only option when the app is done uploading, please give us a "Finished" or "Close" button because "Cancel" gives the wrong impression that it is not finished uploading videos.

Sharing via Right Click on Video file needs improvement!

This is for version 3.0.1. Please fix the app window that pops up after right clicking a video file and using Share menu. The App window that pops up is very small and very hard to use. And, there are no Close, minimize, maximize radio buttons on the top left of the app when it opens this way. What happened? Also, cannot move the app window either! When I start the App by itself, the App window is a good size, movable and has all those radio buttons as expected. Otherwise, the App is a 5 Star!

Best YouTube Uploader on the App Store

This app is easily the best uploader I have used to upload to my YouTube Channel. It is close to near perfection for video management. If it had a way to schedule video release and the end card it would be perfect.

A Fantastic App for Bulk File Uploading to YouTube

I was looking for a way to upload 10, 20, even 30 files at a time to YouTube, quicker, easier and more conveniently than the YouTube uploader. Well, this is it! My first job with this was to upload 30 10-12 meg files. But first I ran some smaller tests. I tried uploading 3 at a time through this app. It worked great! Then I tried 5. No problem! Then I jumped to 10. It still did the job well. Note that in all cases, it’s much faster to use this app than the native uploader. At least for me. Then I took the big plunge and jumped to 20 vids. Well, it still worked fine. Finally, I was able to upload 30 vids at once! I really have no idea what the total upper limit is on this app, but I think it’s safe to say that for most users, it can handle whatever you throw at it. And bear in mind that I’ve got a pretty crappy low-bandwidth wi-fi connection. The brutal test (and probably an unfair one, because of my painfully slow connection), was to attempt to upload 30 fairly big files, in the 50-60 meg range. Well, this job finally choked the app. However, when I reduced the load to 5 vids at a time (still a huge time saver over doing it the “normal” way), it worked just fine. This app allows you to upload a title, description and tags with your vids, which is very handy. Unfortunately, this is an “all or nothing” kind of thing, meaning all your vids will have the same description and tags. It does take the video title from your file name, so be sure to make your file name something you want as the video title. It also keeps all of your uploads in History, and tracks watches, likes, shares and comments so you can see at a glance how your vids are doing without going to YouTube. This is a very nice addional feature. What it doesn’t give you is the file URL, which seems like an oversight to me. You click on the file name in History to be taken to the file on YouTube, but this seems like an unnecessary additional step. Things I personally would like to see is the ability to either upload custom titles, description and tags per video and/or spin those items. As far as tags go, it would be nice if we could stipulate the first tag and also a default set of tags, but otherwise be able to provide “unique” (spun) tags to each video. As it is now, you have to go in and do all of that manually, after upload, just as you would if you used the YouTube uploader. I’d also like to see the ability to upload thumbnails, both randomly and per title (in some cases thumbs might just be generic images, but in others you may have a specific image for each video). Overall, this is a truly great app for those who upload a lot of videos at once. It’s stable and can take a beating without crashing. Despite what I’d like to see on my wish list, I have no complaints about the app as it stands. For the price, you really can’t beat it. You’d think — “For this price, how can it be any good?” I don’t know the answer to that, but I do know I’ve paid 100x as much for apps that weren’t half as solid as this one. I give it 5 stars!

Best App Out There!!!

So like most of you, I was tired of exporting a video from photos and then uploading to YouTube, like why can’t it be easier? Well I googled to see if there was a simple way and yes there was. I saw an Apple forum about this App, I was very skeptical about it at first, but hey it’s only 0.99 cents. It works like a charm!

Terrific!

This is much needed! Im realy grateful for thefirst class app that met an immeadiate need!

Easy uploading!

Very nice application and I strongly recommend it. It seems odd that such an extension isn’t offered by Google or Apple but this is really much better than anything Apple would bake in. The only critisism I have is that after uploading the “cancel” button should turn to “stop” or “stop all uploads and close” or “close”. After everything is uploaded the button just says “cancel…” this isn’t a deal breaker and it still gets 5 stars but I have no idea how to give feed back to the dev, so here it is.

Don’t waste your money on this

This app provides no additional value than the youtube website.
